Information entered on this website
The Trajectory Reset landing page does not include an account, contact form, application fields, or another place to enter personal information.
The website code does not currently include analytics or advertising trackers. This describes the code reviewed for this website. A website host may separately process technical information when delivering pages, which is different from analytics or advertising code added to the website.
Information submitted through the application
Selecting “Apply for Trajectory Reset” opens a Google Form on a separate website. Information you enter there is submitted as an application to Trajectory Arc Lab. The form requires an email address and explains that the application is intended to understand the recurring pattern you are experiencing, what you have already tried, what you want to change, and whether Trajectory Reset is a fit.
Completing the application is the first step in the process and does not automatically enroll you.
How TAL uses application responses
Trajectory Arc Lab receives and can access the responses you submit through the application. TAL uses those responses to review whether Trajectory Reset is a fit.
Google’s role as the form provider
Google provides and operates the form service. Google processes information entered in the form under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Using Google Forms does not remove Trajectory Arc Lab’s responsibility for the application responses it receives and uses.
